Our implementation processes:

• Refined and optimized the customer’s original design
• Produced multiple components using 3D printing
• Manufactured the base plate from milled PVC sheet
• Applied a two-tone aesthetic coating with matte finish and fine texturing
• Added an internal copper-based conductive coating
• Created the logo using digital printing technology
• Integrated magnets and threaded inserts

When is this solution most advantageous?
In this case, 3D printing is the ideal choice. It allows the production of small batches with complex geometries that would be impossible or uneconomical with traditional methods.

Unlike injection molding, which requires costly molds and large quantities, 3D printing enables the production of limited series without any initial tooling investment.
