Design and production of a customized electronics enclosure made of Nylon PA12, manufactured using Multi Jet Fusion technology.
The project integrates a PCB for battery connection and combines multiple manufacturing techniques:
• Design and production of the shell using 3D printing
• Base plate made from milled PVC sheet
• PCB design and assembly
• Matte and fine-textured surface finishing
• Impregnation treatment for areas subject to friction
• Assembly and integration of all components
