The customer already had the internal metal framework and electronic components.
MCS designed and manufactured the external housing, creating an aesthetic enclosure that enhances both the functionality and the design of the finished product.

An Ideal Solution for Low-Volume Production
The entire enclosure was designed using sheet-based components, eliminating the need for expensive molds and dedicated tooling. This approach makes it possible to manufacture medical devices, professional aesthetic equipment, and other electronic instruments in small production runs while maintaining maximum design flexibility and minimizing initial investment costs.
Starting from the dimensions of the customer’s existing internal frame, MCS managed every stage of the project in-house, including 3D CAD design, CNC machining, painting, screen printing, UV digital printing, and final assembly.
