This project is an example of a custom electronics enclosure developed by MCS for professional equipment used in the aesthetic and beauty machinery sector.
The customer already had the internal metal frame structure and electronic components in place. MCS designed and manufactured the external housing, creating an aesthetic enclosure that enhanced the product from both a functional and design perspective.

Ideal Solution for Small Production Runs
The entire enclosure was designed using sheet-based components, eliminating the need for molds and dedicated tooling. This approach makes it possible to manufacture medical devices, aesthetic equipment, and professional electronic instruments in low production volumes while maintaining maximum design flexibility and reducing initial investment costs.
Starting from the dimensions of the existing metal structure, MCS managed all project phases in-house, including 3D CAD design, CNC machining, painting, screen printing, digital printing, and final assembly.
