Customization of a Hammond 1591XXUFLB-K commercial electronics enclosure, including mechanical machining and custom-made components.
The enclosure was machined using CNC milling on multiple sides to create the openings required for component installation.
A digitally printed polyester graphic overlay was applied to the top surface.
Two 3D-printed PA12 components were manufactured to accommodate a probe, followed by a black impregnation finishing process. Once assembled onto the enclosure, the two components form a dedicated perforated cap for the probe.
The supply also includes a CNC-machined V0 rated polycarbonate support, machined from sheet material, and a die-cut EPDM gasket.
