Design and production of customized electronic enclosures in plastic or metal materials. With finishing treatments and possible completion with membrane switches, labels, silkscreen and digital printing, slides and milled mechanical details. Made with in-house processes of cnc machining from full on plastic or aluminum, 3D printing in PA12 material, in plastic and metal bending and thermoforming.

  • Custom electronics enclosures composed of two plastic elements milled from a plate. A gray PVC base that has studs to attach the electronic board. A shell made of transparent polycarbonate that has been hot milled and folded. Dimensions: 130x130x52mm
  • Customized electronics enclosure in plastic carpentry. Composed of: • PVC side panels milled from slab, with conductive coating in matt black color, with polyester label in digital printing. • Front + rear panels in PVC milled from slab, with wide radius of hot bending and inclined tops, with conductive coating in matt white color. The front panel has a specific downside for the 10" display housing. • Upper support for IP Cam in 3D printing in Nylon PA12, with black impregnation finish. • Aluminium handle milled, bent and finished with shot peening and transparent protective coating. In this particular, a 3D printing element has been added to improve ergonomics. • Openings and doors in the rear part. • Inside there are supports for electronic circuit board, display and various components. MCS has realized both the whole development of the enclosure and the production, all with internal processes of: cnc milling from sheet, hot bending, 3D printing, digital printing, liquid coating, finishes, assemblies.
  • Customized stainless steel electronic enclosures, with front in aluminium and polyester switch. The body of the enclosure is made of light metal carpentry, AISI 304 th.2mm laser cut stainless steel. The front panel is made of 4mm thick aluminium milled from a slab, with threaded inserts (studs) for supporting the electronic components. A digitally printed polyester graphic overlay is applied on the panel. With this technology it is easier to create several graphic variants within a single batch, for example for the management of different language versions, customer logos or even colours.   • Example of customized electronics enclosure in light metal carpentry.

    The enclosure is made up of 2 parts in 1.5mm thick metal sheet, with threaded inserts and laser cutting processes. All sheet metal parts are finished in a textured finish powder coating.

    The front and back are in scratch-resistant plexiglass, with multi-color digital printing graphics with transparency in the display area.

    On the inside there are fixing elements to hold the display and the electronics parts.

    Decorative elements have been placed on the sides, which in this case take up the customer's logo with a contrast of glossy/matt finishes.

    With 3 customized knobs for the potentiometers, made of 3D printed Nylon PA12 and finished with black liquid finish.

    Supplied with 4 anti-vibration rubber feet.

    In addition to the production, MCS made the entire design project.

  • Large customized electronics enclosure, made up of plastic and metal material.

    The product development was carried out by MCS on the basis of the constructive and functional requirements set out by the customer. The internal positioning of the components and files was agreed with the customer and then fine-tuned during the design process. All parts of this product were made with our internal processes.

  • The customized electronic control unit enclosure presented here has been made of aluminium by CNC machining, offering a solid and durable construction. To protect the electronic control unit from water and dust, the enclosure has a waterproof gasket which guarantees an IP65 degree of protection.

    The finish of the product has been achieved using a high quality conductive coating, which gives a metallic tone and a fine textured finish. On the rear side of the enclosure, in correspondence with the internal position of the antenna, a painted polycarbonate panel has been inserted to ensure optimal signal reception.

    The enclosure is equipped with details in aluminium milled from a sheet to fix a buckle, allowing the product to be used on the top.

    Thanks to its rugged and waterproof design, the enclosure meets UL94-V0 flammability requirements and IP65 degree of protection.

  • Customized light metallic carpentry electronics enclosure. The enclosure is made up of 2 parts in 2mm thick iron sheet, with continuous welding for a perfect union of the various elements. The front is finished with a conductive matt textured finish.  Also, in the front has been added decorative elements in plastic material obtained from slab, coated and silk-screened. The back, also made of metal with a matt black and fine texture finish. Commercial plastic handles have been inserted in the sides. In addition to production, MCS has followed and implemented the entire design development of this product. Size: approx. 670x230x240mm
  • Customized plastic carpentry electronics enclosure in HIPS material. Finished with spray coat and a fine textured finish. Inside there is an aluminium panel with studs for the support and positioning of the components. 3D printed (natural raw finish) PA12 elements to support the enclosure by fixing it on aluminium profiles. Size: 240x250xH120mm
  • PVC and Aluminium enclosure for electronics. Composed of:
    • PVC side panels milled from sheet, with matt white liquid coating and digitally printed.
    • Structure and internal elements in aluminium, with metallic silver liquid coating.
    • PVC panels milled from sheet (front and back), with metallic silver liquid coating.

  • Customized electronics enclosure composed of a thermoformed ABS base and a PVC front panel milled from sheet. The flexibility of the milling process allows the realization of multiple variants of the front panel, thus obtaining different product variants in a single production batch. On the front, is applied a digitally printed graphic overlay.
  • Customized plastic carpentry enclosure in HIPS material. Finished with spray coating and a fine textured finish. Digitally printed PMMA front panel. With TEKO mod.PF/4.9 plastic feet.

  • Customized electronics enclosure made of PVC plastic material. (Electromedical sector Handpiece) Composed of 2 shells machined from solid in CNC modeling. Conductive coated in matt white color. At the top there is a silkscreen printed PMMA display window.
    In addition to production, MCS took care of the design and ergonomic study of the product.

    The POM material is finished with micro shot peening to remove milling marks and for an elegant glossy/matt contrast with the PMMA front panel.
  • Aluminium customized electronics enclosure milled and modelled from solid by CNC. The enclosure is black anodized and the graphics are laser engraved.
  • Backlit membrane switch with soft-touch effect whose feedback is similar to a capacitive membrane switch. The front surface is completely flat and the push buttons are operated with soft touch. The bottom is made up of a PVC machined from solid. In addition, a special anti-slip textured coating has been made.  
  • Customized electronics enclosure with IP65 protection degree. The enclosure is made of POM (Polyacetal) and is CNC machined from solid. The o-ring gasket and constructive details give the enclosure total impermeability and high resistance for outdoor use. (Automotive/transportation sector)

  • Customized electronics enclosure (medical handpiece) Composed of various parts machined from solid in CNC milling and turning. The handpiece is designed for direct attachment to a plastic tube for dosing the gel during use. Design, planning and production entirely done by MCS.  
  • Customized electronics enclosure machined from solid (medical instrument handpiece) Composed of:
    • 2 PVC parts machined from solid, coated in matt black.
    • 2 aluminium parts machined from soilid, with shot blasted finish and transparent coating.
    • 1 aluminium component machined in CNC turning.
    • 2 digitally printed polyester labels.
    In addition to customizing the handpiece, MCS has designed the enclosure following the development of the product at 360°, from the design to the ergonomic study up to the overall implementation.
  • Customized electronics enclosure made of PVC plastic material. (Microscope handpiece/envelope, electro-medical sector) Composed of 2 shells milled from solid in CNC modeling. Conductive coated in matt white. On both sides of the handpiece there are glossy polyester adhesive labels, with a decorative function and to cover the locking screws.
  • Customized thermoformed electronics enclosure machined from soild. The base is made of plastic material milled from sheet, with elements and threaded inserts for attaching internal components. On the front, there is a frame for fixing the display. (customizable element to obtain different machine configurations) Removable cover at the top for inspection and internal maintenance of the instrument. Plastic support: machined from solid by CNC machining, with condactive coating on the visible sides. Printed circuit board: made of glassronite, with smd components, with adhesive side for integration on the plastic part. Front membrane: digitally printed, with semi-transparent areas for backlighting. The development of this product was fully supervised by MCS. The only external process: making the printed circuit board.
