/Display Frames

Design and production of customized display frames made of plastic or metal. Made by cnc milling processes from sheet or 3D printing processes in PA12 material.

Finished with aesthetic painting, screen printing, labeling, digital printing. Addition of O-rings or die-cut gaskets, studs and threaded inserts.

Shapes, sizes, and finishes are studied out with the client for a highly customized result.

    Customized aluminium frame for 10 inch display.

    Obtained from the cnc machining of aluminium sheet.

    Finished with shot blasting, matt transparent protective coating and with digitally printed  customer's logo.

    The display and rear electronics are fixed using supports made of 3D printed NylonPA12.

    We can also make rear protection case in aluminium, metal or plastic material.

    Customized aluminium display frame with shot blasted finish and silkscreen printed logo. On the back there are M3 threaded studs and an O-ring around the entire perimeter. There is also a die-cut ring for fixing the display. This special double-sided adhesive is called "mousse" because it is soft and is able to compress slightly. It has closed cells and therefore also performs the function of a gasket for powders and liquids.
