Example of customized electronics enclosure in light metal carpentry.
The enclosure is made up of 2 parts in 1.5mm thick metal sheet, with threaded inserts and laser cutting processes. All sheet metal parts are finished in a textured finish powder coating.
The front and back are in scratch-resistant plexiglass, with multi-color digital printing graphics with transparency in the display area.
On the inside there are fixing elements to hold the display and the electronics parts.
Decorative elements have been placed on the sides, which in this case take up the customer’s logo with a contrast of glossy/matt finishes.
With 3 customized knobs for the potentiometers, made of 3D printed Nylon PA12 and finished with black liquid finish.
Supplied with 4 anti-vibration rubber feet.
