For about 16 years we have been working with a company that supplies electrical and electronic systems to almost all the top brands in the RV motorhome and caravan sector. We supply them with electronic control unit front panels for their medium to high-end fittings, and display frames for their “luxury sector,” receiving excellent feedback for the quality of the achievements and our proactiveness.

Electronic control unit front panels
We were introduced to this company by one of our agents at the time, and immediately a very good collaboration was formed. For them we make the front panels for their electronic control units, i.e., the instruments that enable them to control the various utilities of the vehicle, the interface between the machine and the user.
In the case of mechanical key operation, we use polyester as the material, or plexiglass(PMMA) in case the control units have circuits with capacitive keys.
A fundamental element? Personalization
Flexibility in graphical customization of these interfaces has always been very important to our client. We are recognized with being the first supplier to offer digital printing instead of silkscreen printing for this type of product.
This company often received interface graphics from its customers without any consideration of the limitations there exist in silkscreen printing steps. By using the digital printing process greatly expands the number of colors that can be used and ensures a higher quality of any shades.
The basic tools are structurally the same: by changing the front panel, our customer has a way to customize the interface for different manufacturers and to seamlessly customize details such as logos, symbols, functions, and colors.
A service up to expectations
Another basic element for our clients is accurate and punctual service for both small and large deliveries, as well as the creation of first pre-series and prototypes to be presented, for example, at exhibitions of the sector.
After all, it is not a problem, to manage several graphic variants within a single batch with digital printing; in fact, it is one of the main advantages offered by such technology. In this way it is also easy for our customer to optimize production codes, simplifying the management of items.
The moment a collaboration with a new builder is born, it is easy for them to agree and propose an aesthetic form (on an already existing and consolidated construction base), commission us to make a sample, and quickly and effectively arrive at an aesthetically appealing solution that is purposeful toward the end customer.
Medium-high quality and the “luxury sector”
Given the high level of possible customization, our products are used for mid-to high-end vehicles. For the client’s “luxury sector,” we also make display frames with integrated keys.
In the past we had also made some fronts with genuine leather: a proposal of ours that was immediately appreciated for the exclusiveness of materials and style.
Later the offering expanded to include versions with machined milled aluminum support and polyester front graphic overlay membrane. These are very special, high-quality products for high-end motorhomes and caravans.

The possibilities offered by digital printing are also appreciated by manufacturers since there are no problems in faithfully reproducing their graphics and brands.
Highly prized for their quality of printing and manufacturing the control panels with solid aluminum support, extremely refined in shape and finishes, including the first versions in genuine leather.
