MCS has introduced a new production process for the production of electronic enclosures: thermoforming. Objects with softer and more complex shapes than in the past are therefore achievable.

Continuous renewal of the machine fleet and great experience in CNC machining allow MCS to propose objects machined from solid by milling machining in 3D modeling. It is therefore possible to create objects with complex shapes and, by modulating the resolution of the processing, you can obtain texture effects that can give the object pleasant surface finishes.

MCS specializes in manufacturing custom display frames. The project starts with a first evaluation of the customer’s display and electronics. The dimensions and volumes of the components are analyzed in order to proceed with the design of the front frame, the internal elements of the bracketing and the closing rear shell.
