MCS designed and manufactured the external housing, creating an aesthetic enclosure that enhanced the product from both a functional and design perspective.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Materials and Technologies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Internal metal frame structure supplied by the customer for the project development phase.<\/li>\n<li>Front and side panels machined from solid PVC sheets using CNC technology.<\/li>\n<li>Decorative inserts made of screen-printed glossy PMMA and printed polyester.<\/li>\n<li>Removable aluminium top cover manufactured from sheet metal, CNC machined, bent, and painted.<\/li>\n<li>Liquid painting and graphic customization using UV digital printing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ideal Solution for Small Production Runs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The entire enclosure was designed using sheet-based components, eliminating the need for molds and dedicated tooling.
