We have designed and manufactured handpieces for combined therapy machines for a customer with whom we have a twenty-year relationship. All the improvements resulting from an authentic collaboration between the two companies have been made to this series of products.<\/em><\/h3>\n\n

Can a twenty-year commercial relationship arise from a small order? Yes, if a sharing of values leads to a relationship of an authentic collaboration and mutual trust. Since 2001 we have been collaborating with a company that design, manufacture and sell electromedical devices<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

An extremely positive collaboration, which has developed over time and has led us to take care of their handpieces for physiotherapy and aesthetic use.<\/p>\n\n\n

It all began with a polyester membrane switch<\/h2>\n\n\n

Once again, our future client found us through Internet research. The geographical proximity, the good impression aroused through the website, the subsequent visit to our company, the relative simplicity of the product sought \u2013 an adhesive polyester membrane switch – made us prefer them as a supplier.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

The order went well and as the company manifested new needs, we proposed ourselves as a possible solution, moving on to increasingly complex mechanical machining, up to the design and construction of complete crankcases. Our customer therefore entrusted us with the production of all their handpieces<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

In some cases, the company has provided us and still provides us with generic inputs which we then put on display, but in most cases, we have taken care of and still take care of the whole process<\/strong>: from the design to the ergonomic study, to the actual production, using both 3D printing technologies and CNC machining from solid.<\/p>\n\n\n

Customized medical handpieces for combined therapy equipment<\/h2>\n\n\n

The first delivery has already been completed and the client company has been placing them on the market for a few months. What are we talking about? Of the recent handpieces for combined therapy, that is, equipment that is used both for medical purposes<\/strong> for rehabilitation, and for aesthetic purposes<\/strong> for the treatment of blemishes.<\/p>\n\n\n

These are handpieces that come into contact with the patient’s body<\/strong>. They therefore represent one of the most delicate parts of the entire equipment, because even at a legislative level it is necessary to consider all the implications relating to the contact of an object with a person’s skin.<\/p>\n\n\n

The medical handpieces in the photo on the right were made in polyamide 12 with Multi Jet Fusion 3D printing<\/strong> (maximum size of the single product: 140x80xH100 mm).<\/p>\n\n\n
