Since we embraced digital printing technology back in 2004, our journey of innovation has never stopped. Today, we are excited to share a significant new chapter in this story: the introduction of a next-generation flatbed UV LED printer into our digital printing department.

Our expertise in producing high-quality graphic overlays, technical labels, and membrane switches is one of our key strengths. Over the years, we have refined our expertise in digital printing, integrating it in a complementary way with traditional screen printing.
With this new installation, we are now ready to further elevate the quality standards of our products.
Outstanding performance, superior quality
Imagine having a print bed that’s 2500×1300 mm wide, a resolution of 1200×1200 dpi, and a fast and efficient ink curing process powered by UV LED technology.
This is the reality that comes to life with our new printer. The stability of the UV LED system, which prevents the heating of materials and inks, results in prints with unparalleled colour stability, durability, and exceptional quality.
A transformation of our production department
The introduction of this machine has required a significant transformation of our production department. We adapted the spaces to accommodate the generous size of the printer, taking advantage of the opportunity to optimize our processes and improve the overall workflow.
The printing department, once a closed-off and confined space, has evolved into a large open space that connects harmoniously to the screen-printing department, the lamination processes of double-sided adhesives and the cutting department with plotter and laser.
Ink uniformity, sustainability at the core
The adoption of this new technology has allowed us to standardize the type of ink used across the various printers in the department, ensuring greater stability and consistency in our production processes.
But that’s not all: UV LED technology also stands out for its sustainability, reducing energy consumption from approximately 6 kWh to 1.5 kWh compared to traditional UV curing machines.
This enables us to lower the environmental impact of our production process without compromising on quality.
